This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. By placing an order with Placelee, you agree to the terms below.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a return label was provided by us) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you are returning an item because it is defective or damaged upon receipt, Placelee will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
